08. 05.04.2011 Learned counsel for the Patna Municipal

Corporation files a supplementary counter affidavit. He

also handover the master copy of the earlier C.Ds filed by

him along with a fresh C.D. displaying the present status

of the construction as also the master copy of the

subsequent C.D.

To enable parties to file rejoinder to the

counter affidavit, if so advised, list this matter under the

same heading on Monday i.e. on 11.4.2011 and on which

date after the pleadings are complete, the Court shall

proceed to fix the date for hearing in admission.
