                            W.P.(C) No. 1287 of 2008(C)

                          =======================

Dated this the 10th day of January, 2008

                                  JUDGMENT

The petitioner was an applicant for Kissan Seva Kendra

(Retail Outlet) dealership for which the 1st respondent had

invited applications. Petitioner’s grievance in this writ petition is

that, although the petitioner is eligible for award of the

dealership, the 3rd respondent has been preferred to the

petitioner. Petitioner submits that this is because of the

discrepancy in awarding of marks during interview. According to

the petitioner, she has got the right to file the petitioner against

the award for marks and she has filed Ext.P5 objection in this

regard to the 2nd respondent. Petitioner now seeks direction to

the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on

Ext.P5 expeditiously.

2. I have heard the learned standing counsel for the

respondents 1 and 2 also. In the facts and circumstances of the

case, I direct the 2nd respondent-Deputy General of 1st

W.P.(C) No. 1287/2008/C -2-

respondent, Cochin to consider and pass appropriate orders on

Ext.P5, as expeditiously as possible,at any rate, within one

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after

affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well

as the 3rd respondent.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.

JUDGE
