Through the counter affidavit filed by the opposite parties, it has been
submitted that after declaration of petitioner’s result the matter has been
referred to the District Basic Education Officer, Sultanpur for necessary
action.

Though I am informed that the District Education Officer is not a party in the
matter, but since he is sitting tight over the matter, the petitioner is permitted
to implead him as opposite party and let the notice be issued to him to show
cause.
