7 27-09-2011 Learned counsel for the petitioner, State as also the
University are present.
A rejoinder to the show cause has been filed on
behalf of the petitioner annexing the copy of the cheque said to
have been signed by the Registrar of the University where the
petitioner’s salary as on 1st of March 2005 was Rs. 6300/-
whereas the pensionary benefits has been calculated on much
lower scale.
Learned counsel for the University prays for time to
seek further instructions in the matter and file supplementary show
cause.
As prayed for, list this case after six weeks for filing
supplementary show cause.
