This writ application has been filed to call for the

special meeting in order to enable the No Confidence Motion

against the Up Mukhiya of Rana Bigha Gram Panchayat in the

year 2008.

The position today is that fresh elections have already

taken place in 2011 and as such, this writ application has

become infructuous.

This writ application is dismissed as infructuous.
