The petitioner at the outset raised his grievances in
respect of stray animals on streets, in particular bulls which are
causing injuries to the persons and properties of the citizens of
Jabalpur. He has also submitted that at Naudra Bridge area, this
seen can be observed at any time when bulls have caused
injuries to the persons and properties. It is submitted that
immediate action is required in this regard.
Learned counsel appearing for the Corporation assured
this Court that effective steps shall be taken by the Corporation
and he prays for 15 days time to submit his report in this regard.
While taking action in respect of stray animals on street, the
Corporation shall also take care of other areas of the city
including Naudra Bridge.
