Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the
respondent no.1 and Sri Pushpendra Singh has accepted notice for respondent
no.2.

Learned Standing Counsel is granted three months’ time to file counter
affidavit. Two weeks thereafter to the petitioner to file a rejoinder affidavit.

Issue notice to Respondent no.3 by registered post. Steps be taken within two
weeks. Office shall send notice returnable at an early date.

List this petition after the expiry of the aforesaid period.

Till the next date of listing one post of Assistant Executive Engineer shall be
kept reserved for the petitioner.
