2. 22.9.2010 This application has been filed for modification of the
order dated 25.8.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. no.26613 of 2010. In the
cause title of the order dated 25.8.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. no.26613
of 2010, father’s name of petitioner no.2 should be read as
Satyendra Prasad Singh @ Laltoon Singh in place of Deochandra
Prasad Singh @ Laljee Singh.
Accordingly, this modification application is allowed and
order dated 25.8.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. no.26613 of 2010 is
modified to the above extent.
