Facts
:
1. The complaint was scheduled for hearing on 22/2/2010. But, the
complainant did not avail of the opportunity of personal hearing. The complaint
is, therefore, examined on merit.
2. The complainant has stated that the CPIO and the Appellate Authority of
the respondent have not replied to his RTI application dated 18/7/2009 and first
appeal dated 12/09/2009, respectively. Hence, this complaint before the
Commission.
Decision:
3. The CPIO is directed to furnish the information asked for within 15 working
days from the date of issue of this decision, on the basis of available records.

4. The complainant is advised to re-submit a copy of the RTI application to
the concerned CPIO, at the earliest, for ready reference. He should ensure that
the desired information is clearly specified as per Section 2(f) of the Act, which
requires that the information should be available in any material form.
5. With these observations, the complaint is disposed of.
