It is submitted by Shri Choubey that the controversy involved
in this case is identical to the facts of the case of W.P.No.8762/2010
and this matter may be heard along with the aforesaid writ petition.
Prayer is allowed.
Issue notice to the respondents to show-cause why this
petition be not admitted/finally disposed of.
Process fee within three working days by RAD.
Notice be made returnable before the next date of hearing.
Be listed for hearing on 29th September, 2010 along with
W.P.No.8762/2010 and W.P. No.5305/2010 for analogous hearing.
Till next date of hearing, it is directed that no coercive action
shall be taken by the respondents against the petitioners in
continuation to the show cause notice dated 26.8.2009 Annexure
P-1.
