11 18-8-2011 I.A.No. 1896 of 2011 has been filed on behalf of

respondent no.1 praying for abatement of appeal against

deceased respondent no.1 for non-substitution of her heirs

within the prescribed time. No one has appeared on behalf

of the appellants. The learned counsel appearing on behalf

of the remaining respondents has stated that a copy of this

petition could not be served upon the counsel appearing on

behalf of the appellants as he could not be met.

In view of the facts and circumstances, put up this

petition after one week.
