Standing Counsel.

Three weeks’ time is granted to learned standing counsel to file counter
affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a period of two
weeks thereafter.

List thereafter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already deposited a sum
of Rs. 3,40,500/-.

On a further deposit of Rs. 1,25,000/- within a period of one month with
respondent No. 3, the recovery for the balance amount shall remain stayed.

In case of default, the interim order shall stand vacated automatically.
