JUDGMENT
The petitioner is a MBBS student of
Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church Medical College,
Kolencherry. The college is affiliated to the Mahatma
Gandhi University. The petitioner wrote 2nd Professional
Examination in December, 2008 and January, 2009. But,
when the result was published, she failed in two papers.
Apparently, dissatisfied with the marks obtained by her,
she had applied for revaluation. She is aggrieved that the
results of the revaluation has not been published so far.
2. I heard learned standing counsel for the
University also. There is no justification for the delay in
the publication of results of revaluation in respect of the
Examination held in December, 2008 and January, 2009.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of
directing the 1st respondent to publish the result of the
revaluation sought for by the petitioner in relation to the
W.P.(C).15215 of 2009

2nd Professional MBBS Examination held in December,
2008 and January, 2009, as early as possible, at any
rate, within a period of four weeks from the date of
receipt of a copy of this judgment, provided the
application for revaluation is in order and otherwise
correct.
