                                         JUDGMENT

H.L.DATTU, CJ,

The State Government, being aggrieved by the interim order passed

by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No.37806 of 2007 dated 19th December,

2007, is before us in this writ appeal. In paragraph 7 of the interim order the

learned Single Judge has clearly indicated that the interim order passed by him is

only for a period of two months and the matter would be heard by him on 10th

January, 2008.

2. Since the learned Single Judge himself has indicated that the

matter would be heard on 10th of this month, it may not be necessary for us to go

into the correctness or otherwise of the interim order passed by the learned Single

Judge. Therefore, we reject this writ appeal, since the matter is going to be heard

by the learned Single Judge on 10th January, 2008. All the contentions of both the

parties are left open.

Ordered accordingly.

H.L. DATTU,
CHIEF JUSTICE

K.M. JOSEPH,
JUDGE
