It has been stated by
the learned counsel for the petitioner that against the order dated
18.6.2010 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.1611
of 2007 arising from SCA No.24865 of 2006, the State had carried the
matter before the Apex Court in SLP (Civil) No.CC6620 of 2011, which
has been dismissed by the Apex Court vide order dated 18.4.2011, and
inspite of the same, the benefit of the pay-scale has not been
granted, which was so ordered by the learned single Judge of this
Court in the main Special Civil Application No.24865 of 2006. Notice,
returnable on 10.05.2011.
