The petitioner has appeared at the Joint Entrance Examination
for admission to M.Sc. Examination conducted by the Indian
Institute of Technology, Madras Chennai.

It is the contention of the petitioner that he should be treated as a
OBC Category candidate and not as a General Category candidate.

The cause of action does not arise within the jurisdiction of this
Court. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
