                          J U D G M E N T

Petitioner approached this court aggrieved by the

proceedings initiated by the first respondent. According to the

petitioner, the subject matter is pending before the Munsiff Court,

Nedumangad as O.S.No.613/2003. Be that as it may, in view of

the intervening developments pursuant to the interim order dated

22.7.2004, in case the petitioner has still any grievance left, she

may work out the same before the civil court.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
