This is an application seeking correction in the order dated 6.1.2010
passed on the bail application.

The application is allowed and the order dated 6.1.2010 is corrected as
follows:

“In the second line of the second paragraph the order dated 6.1.2010,
the word ‘112 k.gs’. shall be read as ‘112 grams’ and in the last
paragraph ‘section 8/20 N.D.P.S.Act’ as ‘Section 18/20 N.D.P.S. Act’ .
