This writ petition is filed seeking for a writ of

mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 to grant

adequate and effective police protection to the petitioners

and their workers to cut and remove the Anjili tree standing

in the property of the second petitioner and other

consequential reliefs.

2. Since the matter is seized before the Additional

District Court-I, Mavelikkara as A.S.No.39 of 1998, we do

not interfere with the same. It is for the petitioners to move

the civil court.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
