Today
when the matter is called out, learned APP Ms.Raval places on record
a report prepared by CPI, Anand Mr.B.U.Rathod. Mr.Rathod is also
present before this Court. Accordingly, search of corpus Ashaben is
continuing and necessary steps are being taken by police.

However,
Mr.Rathod is directed to intensify the search and find the corpus of
Ashaben and produce before the Court or file detailed report on the
next date. S.O. to 3.12.2008.
