                              JUDGMENT

Challenge in this writ petition is against Exhibits P1 and P7.

The complaint which is the subject matter of Exhibits P1 and

P7was regarding the alleged refusal on the part of the petitioner

to release the certificates of the 3rd respondent.

It is now, submitted by the counsel for the 3rd respondent

that in pursuance of order dated 13/02/2009, the certificates

have been released. This is confirmed by the petitioner also.

In view of the above, grievance of the petitioner stands

redressed. Therefore, for that reason quashing Exhibits P1 and

P7, writ petition is disposed of.
