even after availing time vide order dated 04.01.2011.

As prayed for, put up this matter after three

weeks to enable filing of show cause.

In case no show cause is filed by the next date, a

cost of Rs. 2000/- (two thousand) would be payable and

deposited with the Patna High Court, Legal Aid Committee.
