In this writ petition on 3.8.1994 petitioner was
required to file supplementary affidavit
explaining the inordinate delay (of about 6
years) in presentation of the writ petition.
Thereafter on 18.11.2009 petitioner was
directed to take steps to serve private
respondents within two weeks. The time time
was further extended by two weeks on
8.12.2009 and again on 6.1.2010. Till date
neither the supplementary affidavit explaining
the inordinate delay has been filed nor steps
has been taken. Shri Subodh Kumar, learned
counsel for the petitioner states that he wrote
several letters to the officers concerned but no
one has responded.

Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed for want
of prosecution.
