Rule. Mr RC Kodekar,
learned APP waives service of Rule for the respondents. In the facts
and circumstances of the case, the application is taken up for final
disposal today.
This application for
extension of temporary bail is made on the ground that the surgery is
now fixed on 28th October 2005.
In the facts and
circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the convict
has undergone sentence for 7 years, the period of temporary bail is
extended till 10th November 2005. The applicant shall
accordingly surrender before the jail authority on 10th
November 2005 by 5.00 PM.
No further extension
will be granted under any circumstances.
Rule is made absolute.
Direct service is
permitted.
