                                       JUDGMENT

Petitioner is the Managing Partner of a unit, which availed huge

loans. It is the further case of the petitioner that there is failure to repay the

loan amount and the unit was closed due to financial difficulties. Petitioner

relies on Ext.P1 Government Order.

2. I heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. It is pointed by the learned Standing Counsel that if the

petitioner approaches the Board with a request for one time settlement, that

can be considered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner will file an application for one time settlement before the Board.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of as follows:

If the petitioner files an application for one time settlement

within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment before

the first respondent, the first respondent will consider and take a decision

thereon in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date

of receipt of the application.
