Heard learned counsel for the parties, perused the averments made in the
correction application and the judgment and order dated 7th January, 2010.

By an inadvertent mistake and typographical error in the second line of the
first paragraph of our judgment and order dated 7th January, 2010 the name
of the petitioner has been mentioned as Kailash Yadav in place of Virendra
Yadav.

“The correction application No. 9677 of 2010 is allowed.

The Judgment/order dated 7th January, 2010 will stand corrected as follows:

In the second line of our judgment and order the name of the petitioner-
Kaiash Yadav should be read as Virendra Yadav.”
