[1] The applicant has
filed this application for restoration of Special Civil Application
(Stamp) No.11215 of 2009, which was dismissed for want of non-removal
of the office objections.

[2] Ms.Nisha M. Parikh,
learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the
applicant will remove the office objections within four days from
today.

[3] On this assurance,
this application is, accordingly, allowed and Special Civil
Application (Stamp) No.11215 of 2009 is hereby restored on file. The
applicant is directed to remove the office objections within seven
days from today.
