Intra-Court Letters Patent Appeal has been filed challenging the
interlocutory order dated 29.08.1996 passed by the Learned Single
Judge in Special Civil Application No.4187 of 1996.
In
view of the fact that the main writ petition being Special Civil
Application No.4187 of 1996 is disposed of, the present Letters
Patent Appeal will not survive. Hence, the present Letters Patent
Appeal as well as Civil Applications stand dismissed. There shall be
no order as to costs.
