I am told by the Reader of this court that the annexed paper
books of this file have not been received from the office alongwith the
record. In the available circumstances such paper books are required to
consider the question for which the case is listed today. Under such
circumstance by adjourning the matter, office is directed to list this
matter alongwith such paper books on 28.6.2010.

Office is further directed that whenever this matter is listed for
consideration, the entire records including the paper books be placed
before the court.
