Learned counsel submits that the controversy

involved in the present case has been decided by Hon’ble the

Supreme Court against the petitioner in State of Punjab & Ors.

Vs. Amar Nath Goyal reported in 2005(6) SCC 754, therefore,

the writ petition no more survives. The same is, therefore,

dismissed.
