    If the second party do not appoint sole arbitrator as per contract in 30 days,can the first party move to MSME council ,which is also a arbitrary statutory body for ssi.

    can a arbitrator not receive additional affidavit. is it contravening the evidence act?

    Notice under Arbitration and Conciliation Act was sent for approval of arbitrator by Ist party, no response from IInd party. If Ist party requires to file application under section 11 in the HC or directly can proceed to arbitration proceeding before arbitrator the name of which was suggested by Ist party.

    Is dispute in measurement covered under Arbitration Act.The agency is deliberately creating dispute by not accepting final measurement taken by Dept.
