What is the time limit set by Law or Rule or Authority of SC of India regarding procedural time of Arbitration & conciliation Act 1996?
If the second party do not appoint sole arbitrator as per contract in 30 days,can the first party move to MSME council ,which is also a arbitrary statutory body for ssi.

Notice under Arbitration and Conciliation Act was sent for approval of arbitrator by Ist party, no response from IInd party. If Ist party requires to file application under section 11 in the HC or directly can proceed to arbitration proceeding before arbitrator the name of which was suggested by Ist party.
